Administrative Assistant/bookkeeper

Proving the first impression of the office; meet and greet in an enthusiastic and engaging manner
- Take phone calls. Correspond with suppliers for ordering and finding best price and lawyer office and landlords etc
- Oversee Warehouse, inventory, supplier orders, purchase orders, create invoices, receive payments
- Accounts payable and receivable and assist with monthly bank reconciliations
- Create reports
What you bring to the role
- Advanced skills with MS Office and Adobe products. In particular, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and QuickBooks online
- Proficiency to quickly learn proprietary software.
- Excellent communication skills Fluent in English.
- Good judgment and analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and take ownership of tasks.
Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
