A busy automotive shop is seeking a detail-oriented Secretary/Bookkeeper to handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate financial records.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform bookkeeping duties: accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements and process invoices/payments.
- Support customer inquiries and coordinate with suppliers.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in administrative or bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles; automotive industry experience is a plus but not a requirement.

**What We Offer**:
$22.50/hour or $900.00/week for Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM with 1 hour lunch.

Pay: $19.00-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
