In Peterborough, we are the successor firm to Douglas F Walker. Nathan Higgins is the EDH Law lawyer at the Peterborough office. Nathan recently returned to Peterborough in order to continue his practice here and be closer to family. He values a lawyer and clerk relationship that is based on trust and respect. He prides himself on having an open door and providing mentorship whenever possible.

We are searching for a real estate law clerk with some or all of the following qualifications:

- Law clerk diploma or undergraduate degree
- Real estate clerk experience (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Teraview, Cosmolex, and Unity or Closer experience
- Clear written and phone communication skills

We will offer a salary commensurate with experience and an extensive Manulife benefits package. We also offer paid leave days in the event of illness or family emergency.
