Dominion Lending Centres is a busy growing Mortgage Brokerage in Peterborough, advertising a full time Administrative Assistant position.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5pm. Salary will be between $18-$19 an hour.

We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task within a fast-paced environment while paying attention to details and deadlines.

Superior communication, writing and organizational skills are required. Must possess a high level of confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:

- Can work efficiently, be solutions-oriented, proactive, and anticipate needs.
- Possess strong time management skills, with attention to detail, following through on projects and handling multiple tasks.
- Take ownership of work and excel in a team environment.
- Experience working in a small-to medium-size office, finance firm, or law firm is preferred.
- Strong technical skills using MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
- A willingness to learn.
- Extremely organized and meticulous with follow-up and detail oriented.
- Ability to take initiative, ask questions, prioritize and multitask.
- Flexible, team player that is client service oriented.
- Strong work ethic and committed to doing a good job.

Responsibilities will involve all aspects of file management from opening to completion and will include working directly with clients and lenders, collecting and organizing confidential documentation.

If you have experience with tax documentation, mortgages, legal or real estate administration these skills would be an asset. Experience with sage accounting for data entry would also be an asset.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
