- An LL.B. or J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Membership in good standing in the Law Society of Ontario.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Residential/Commercial Real Estate Law _(Estate Planning and Administration experience is a bonus)._
- Strong research and drafting skills with a keen attention to detail;
- A solid understanding of legal administrative processes;
- Effective communication skills with co-workers and clients;

Pay: $75,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
