In need of a high-energy, positive, results-driven Marketing Assistant to assist a top real estate team in Peterborough. This person must be friendly, professional, and positive with the ability to work well with others and alone, in a very fast-paced environment. This person must have a track record of success in marketing or customer service and will be able to showcase their talent. This position will be an integral part of the operations team and requires precision and creativity at the same time. This individual is responsible for managing all social media accounts as well as creating marketing content

This is a full time position that we are looking to successfully fill over the coming weeks.

**Duties**:

- Updating client information and managing client database
- Managing client relationship tasks such as following up and ensuring all required documents are collected and correctly completed
- Managing social media advertising
- Coordinate marketing materials
- Accurate data entry and reporting skills
- Ability to work very well under pressure
- Must be highly proficient in English
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
- Marketing knowledge is considered an asset
- College or University degree

**Salary**: $17.00-$24.00 per hour
