PHARA is seeking individuals with exceptional administration and communication skills to join our team.

You will play a vital role to the organization, by providing direct support to the Director of Operations. This position includes reception duties as it is often the first point of contact in the organization and extends to assisting with general administrative functions.

The position will be centred out of 280 Oakwood Ave, North Bay, Ontario with a standard shift (but not limited to) M to F, 830-430pm.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- University degree or college level diploma in business administration, office administration, or equivalent, with experience in a medium to large office environment.
- Proficiency in multiple software packages including Microsoft and Adobe.
- Experience with office administration duties.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple elements at once.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

PHARA est à la recherche de personnes ayant des aptitudes exceptionnelles en administration et en communication qui veulent se joindre à son équipe.

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’organisme en appuyant directement le directeur des opérations. Le poste comprend des tâches de réception (souvent le premier point de contact dans l’organisme) ainsi que des tâches administratives générales.

Le travail a lieu au 280, avenue Oakwood, North Bay, en Ontario. Le quart de travail sera standard (sans toutefois y être limité) du lundi au vendredi de 8 h 30 à 16 h 30.

**COMPÉTENCES**
- Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en administration des affaires ou de bureau, ou l’équivalent, avec de l’expérience dans un milieu de travail assez grand.
- Maitrise de divers progiciels comme Microsoft et Adobe.
- Expérience des tâches administratives.
- Solide attention aux détails et capacité de gérer et de prioriser de multiples choses en même temps.
- Excellentes aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle et la communication.
- Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule personnel.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français (atout).
