**About the team**:

- We are a US-based SAAS firm targeting the accounting industry. In other words, we use technology to solve business problems for accounting firms - we are not accountants. For you, this means you will be communicating with accountants about their business processes and helping them see the value in our software which can help them grow their business and revenue. You are not expected to be an accountant, know how to do accounting or even be good at math.

- Access to management - you will be working closely with the chief revenue officer (along with the sales team) in a collaborative work environment

We are in search of an Inbound Sales Representative to become a key member of our growing sales team at TaxDome. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our user base by converting inbound leads into satisfied customers. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about technology, SaaS, and helping customers succeed. You will work collaboratively with our marketing and customer success teams to provide exceptional service and meet sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand prospective customers' needs and tailor product demonstrations and pitches to highlight how TaxDome's solutions can address their specific pain points.
- Provide accurate and compelling information about TaxDome's products, features, and benefits.
- Effectively manage and prioritize leads to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain ongoing communication with leads throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights from customer interactions and contribute to lead generation strategies.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, our product offerings, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize our CRM system to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

**Our expectations**:

- Must be fluent in English and French
- Proven experience in inbound sales, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales automation tools is a plus.
- A passion for technology and the SaaS industry.

**Work format**: full-time, EST

**Salary range**: Compensation: 20-40k+ per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive bonus structure that rewards exceptional performance tied to revenue milestones. As you meet and exceed predetermined revenue targets, you will earn a bonus in addition to your base salary. This incentivized bonus structure provides a unique opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on your sales achievements.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- inbound or outbound sales: 3 years (preferred)
- software sales: 3 years (preferred)
