- Are you looking to use your knowledge, skills, and experience to help develop a strong and safe environment at Sciex?_ The _Facility Coordinator_ is responsible _for_ maintaining essential building systems such as lighting, humidity and temperature setting in order to ensure all the instruments in our labs run smoothly. In this role, the facility coordinator will learn various types of building systems and building controls.

This position is part of the _Facility Department_ and will be located in Concord.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Maintain essential building systems such as lighting and plumbing. Execute meeting room setup and breakdown.
- Perform daily building inspections of electrical rooms, sprinkler room, mechanical rooms, meeting rooms, gym and facility campus.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment malfunctions and failures, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues and seek solutions in a timely manner.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Knowledge of HVAC systems, building automated systems, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems with 2 years of experience with facilities maintenance and a high school diploma
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, team player and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Work and oversee the work performed by various contractors.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
