**What to expect**:
The Systems Integration Analyst will be the primary point of contact for Partners and Customers who want to integrate SmartRec with other systems or solve problems that are outside the current scope of the core SmartRec platform using our API. They will have the capability to understand simple to complex business requirements and design a technical solution to meet those needs. The Systems Integration Analyst will document and prioritize integration-related backlog items and design system integration projects on behalf of clients.

**You’ll be responsible for**:**Client Consulting**
- Identifying integration business requirements and scoping out the associated technical requirements; writing the corresponding Statement of Work (SOW)
- Participating in client calls with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to consult on integration use cases and recommend integration strategies
- Training clients and partners on solutions provided, and how to extract data using the SmartRec API
**Operations & Documentation**
- Owning and updating the SmartRec Integrations Cookbook, which details common integration use cases
- Proposing enhancements to our API to the Product and Engineering teams
- Attending product development Sprint Reviews to stay up to date on our product and provide feedback to the development teams

**What we want from you**:

- Familiar with systems integration programming; APIs, ETL, middleware, etc.
- Experience conducting business requirements analysis and providing recommendations
- Experience in being part of client-facing projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interface with executives, employees, and partners across multiple verticals
- Excellent time management and task management skills
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Bilingual, both spoken and written (French and English)
