**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**As a member of the Digital team supporting our New Categories portfolio, you will directly contribute to the sustained value and quality of our D2C product(s). In this role, you will use your problem-solving skills, business acumen, and systems knowledge, to support our Digital ecosystem and roadmap. Working closely with a cross-disciplinary team of business and technical members, you will play a key role in unlocking business requirements and translating them into technological solutions to help the team deliver. **Reports to**:(Line Manager’s Job Title)

**Geographic Scope**:Canada

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Be a key contributor to the Digital Team’s Sprint & Release Plans
- Analyse and provide recommendations to improve current systems and processes
- Be the domain expert for Digital to effectively understand business and technical problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Integration solutions post implementation.
- Interpret and refine business requirements using a variety of techniques and methodologies, including design thinking and agile business analysis principles
- Work very closely with cross-functional teams to produce specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Raise service requests addressing the security, support, and operations of back-end infrastructure
- Supports User Acceptance Testing process (UAT) and Systems Integration Testing (SIT) for new projects
- Document all the details and artifacts from various teams that are involved to help the technical and business team create a repository for the technical assets of the company

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**

**Experience Required**
- 3+ years in a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst role, preferably Azure experience.
- Experience in e-commerce or MarTech is required

**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**
- Strong technical skills - you don’t have to be an engineer but can navigate APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, analysis and Documentation.
- Great stakeholder management and collaboration with Product Owners, vendors and Marketing professionals
- Proven experience with Agile methodology and tools (such as Azure DevOps)
- Excellent writing and communication skills

**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Have the legal right to work in Canada

**BENEFICIAL**
- Experience working with data warehouses, such as Snowflake and PostgreSQL
- Any professional certifications or accomplishments in digital technologies (e.g., APIs, Cloud, Web development etc.) and Agile Project Management (e.g. SCRUM, PMI, etc.) are desired.
