**Be the person who aligns our financial systems and processes**:
As our Financial Systems Analyst, you will be the person aligning every stakeholder who interacts with Coveo's Finance department, through management and improvement of the team's software systems and processes. By using creativity and curiosity, you'll keep a pulse on the constantly evolving needs of the team, in order to continuously iterate and improve our usage of different systems in the most relevant and efficient way.

As a growing tech company we are always evolving, but with you as their guide, Coveo's financial teams will be able to trust that all systems used are as effective as they can be, which will allow them to focus on what they do best.

**As our Financial System Analyst, you will**:

- Manage the financial systems and processes to ensure they are running smoothly and are up to date.
- Answer questions and respond to requests about our current systems.
- Hold discovery calls with different financial stakeholders, in order to figure out how to best iterate on their processes.
- Research and present ideas and plans for improvements.
- Implement new systems.
- Implement new features for existing systems.

- You have experience in assessing and analyzing financial tools and systems, and how they are used.
- You are a creative strategic thinker, with the ability to distill several sources of information and perspectives, in order to conceptualize high-level cross-functional solutions.
- You find deep satisfaction in discovering everything there is to know, which allows you to ask the right questions to discover the reality of your colleagues' challenges.
- You are detail-obsessed, which allows you to execute project planning and implementation smoothly.
- You have past exposure to accounting and corporate financial teams.

**What would make you stand out**:

- Experience in financial tools (Shareworks, Xactly, Concur, Paycircle (global payroll), ADP total sources, internal controls systems).
- Experience in a fast-paced scaling startup.
- Experience in ERP (Workday, SAP, or another major system).
- Experience in managing timeline and tasks.
- Experience in a planning system (Adaptive planning).
