As a Systems Integration Analyst, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to operations, assisting in the completion of projects from design to implementation, while supporting the client's overall business processes. In this context, you will participate in the selection, evaluation and integration of all new technological solutions that meet the company's business needs. You will be responsible for ensuring that these new solutions meet the company's security and performance standards. Once the solution is implemented, you will ensure that it meets the client's needs.

- Participate in the selection, evaluation and integration of all new technological solutions for all clients (corporate, branches, stores and warehouses);
- Identify and analyze needs in terms of computer equipment, software and operating systems;
- Develop and implement automated procedures;
- Write and review technical specifications according to standards and best practices;
- Implement technological solutions in your sector to meet business requirements;
- Document the solutions implemented, as required;
- Participate in various analysis, execution and support activities related to assigned projects or as a collaborator;
- Provide support to users for stabilization purposes when new changes are deployed;
- Develop a privileged relationship with business partners within the company, and translate their needs into technical requirements for your sector;
- Anticipate issues and risks by implementing controls and associated action plans to secure production releases;
- Contribute to operational support under the responsibility of your sector;
- Actively monitor the activities of the systems in production;
- Follow up on and maintain the technologies under your responsibility using a proactive approach;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the services provided by your sector;
- Investigate and resolve problems, incidents and analyses;
- Open and follow up on tickets with equipment and service providers as needed;
- Advise and assist other information systems areas and users in an improvement and innovation perspective;
- Participate in the quality control activities of the processes of your sector.

Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field;
- Three to five (3-5) years of experience in Windows workstation management;
- Good knowledge of:

- retail industry technology concepts;
- enterprise software and user support;
- centralized maintenance tools for managing a computing environment (SCCM, Intune, Markvision, Dell OpenManage, etc.);
- Microsoft Office suite tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive, Teams).
- Knowledge of:

- Active Directory management (GPO/GPP);
- PowerShell scripting language and Microsoft SQL Server database management system.
- Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, etc.), an asset;
- Availability to provide out-of-hours support (24 hours/day, 7 days/week as needed);
- Bilingualism essential (oral and written). Level expected:
