**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and monitoring social media performance.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator.
- Proofread all content before publication to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in e-commerce and advertising strategies relevant to social media.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media advertising techniques and best practices.
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of tools such as buff or Google Analytics is advantageous.
