**JOB SUMMARY**

Reporting to the Vice President, Development, this individual is responsible for coordinating overall marketing & social media activities for various Centron projects as well as creating and publishing content to build company awareness.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Overall marketing strategy, development and execution for all Centron Development projects, corporate brand, and diversity.
- Ensure social media platform posts and interactions are consistent and timely. Drive social media strategy and monitor performance.
- Organize or assist in the planning of events and trade shows.
- Monitor and update website content.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that increase awareness of various Centron projects and corporate brand awareness.
- Prepare company and project presentations.
- All other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary education in marketing, advertising or communications.
- 3-5 years’ experience as a marketing, communications specialist or similar role.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Previous experience in Real Estate/Development marketing would be a significant asset.
- Graphic design background.
- Excellent writing skills in English.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline sensitive environment.
- Ability to work with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
- Proficient in all social media platforms.

**HOURS OF WORK**
- Typically, 8:00am - 5:00pm; Monday-Friday.
