Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do.Own interview coordination from end to end – scheduling interviews, managing candidate and interviewer availability, and ensuring every step runs smoothlyPartner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to anticipate scheduling needs and keep interview processes on trackCommunicate directly with candidates to provide clear information, timely updates, and a thoughtful experienceMaintain accuracy and consistency across interview materials, calendar invites, and candidate recordsProactively identify process improvements to make scheduling and coordination more efficientSupport broader recruiting activities, including candidate logistics, offer coordination, and onboarding preparationAssist with the coordination of virtual campus and in-person events including information sessions and career fairs Assist in the planning and execution of ‘Selection Day’, the final stage in Isaac’s hiring process which includes full days of interviews, workshops, and case studies Who you are.A people person – You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with peopleMulti-tasker – You can manage a diverse range of responsibilities and prioritize each task with allotted timelines to complete them effectively and on-timeYou’re adaptable – You are comfortable working in an ever-changing environment, adjusting to shifting priorities, and reacting to changes in real-timeTeam Player – You love working in a collaborative environment and building strong working relationships with business leaders and peersOrganized – You’re always one step ahead and are able to prioritize your work to meet all required deadlines You’re a go-getter – When given a task, you are able to run with it and complete effectively and on-timeA clear and confident communicator – You build trust through clear, timely communication and effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAttention to detail – You’re naturally driven to get the details right - all the time, every timeStrong project manager – You ask the right questions to understand the vision, involve the appropriate stakeholders, and can manage a task list that leads to the most efficient and effective outcomeYou’re awesome – You are an interesting person that people seek to spend time with because you offer energy, positivity, great advice, and engaging conversation.
