Who You Are We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support and strengthen our hiring efforts across Canada, with a primary focus on our hospitality and entertainment venues. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruitment or Human Resources career who’s ready to take on more responsibility, build strong foundations in talent acquisition, and grow within a creative, fast-paced organization. You’re organized, people-focused, and excited about delivering a positive candidate experience while learning how recruitment works at scale in a multi-location business. The Role First 6 Months – Learn & Support Support interview and hiring activities for hourly and entry-level salaried roles across multiple venues Coordinate job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer documentation Maintain candidate records and workflows in Asana and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Assist with interview guides, scorecards, and onboarding checklists Support hiring managers with timely communication and a consistent candidate experience Learn MRG’s recruitment processes, timelines, and hiring standards Support MRG’s recruitment initiatives, including career fairs, hiring events, and internship programs Ongoing – Grow & Contribute Coordinate high-volume hiring, particularly for hospitality venue-based roles Partner with HR and MRG U to support special programs, including internship programs Support proactive hiring efforts by screening and reaching out to potential candidates #J-18808-Ljbffr
