Who are you? You are an experienced Recruitment Coordinator with 2+ years’ experience, seeking your next step or currently working in a comparable environment. You’re motivated to join a growing and dynamic team. Job Description As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient management of talent attraction and acquisition activities. You will partner closely with our lead recruiters on strategic recruitment initiatives while ensuring the smooth coordination of recruitment processes. Duties & Responsibilities Assist with our applicant tracking system (ATS) administration, including job postings, candidate reviews, interview scheduling, and status updates for accurate reporting. Conduct background checks for selected candidates using a third‑party provider. Support recruitment initiatives by sourcing candidates, conducting pre‑screen interviews, and assisting in intake meetings as needed. Collaborate with lead recruiters to build a talent pipeline addressing short and long‑term workforce needs. Support the recruitment team and talent acquisition lead on various projects, including dashboard development for hiring managers. Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and process improvement to enhance recruitment efficiency and engagement. Qualifications 2+ years’ experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within corporate placement, construction, or engineering firms. A recognized university degree or diploma‑level qualification is preferred. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills. Knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
