Overview Position: Recruitment CoordinatorSalary: $24-$26 per hourPosition Type: 2-month contract (Remote)Posting Type: Open vacancy About the role: This opportunity is with our well-established, non-profit client in Toronto that provides essential services supporting children, youth, and families. The Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in supporting high-volume hiring and onboarding initiatives, helping ensure the organization continues to deliver impactful programs and services to the community. What You'll Do Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and reference checks Schedule and support interviews with candidates and hiring managers Assist with new hire onboarding and HR orientation Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc HR tasks What You Bring 1+ year of experience in recruitment coordination or HR Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office / ATS experience is an asset Please send a Word format of your resume to REFER A TEMP HIRE AND EARN A BONUS For details, please contact the recruitment team for more information.
