**Position Summary**:
As a member of the Toronto Recruiting team, the Recruiting Coordinator will assist in the development and management of Bain’s talent acquisition and hiring efforts; including the planning and execution of on-campus and in-office recruiting events.

**Responsibilities and duties**:
**School Support, Event Planning and Execution**
- Assist in management of talent acquisition sources, including marketing, event planning and execution, screening/resume review(s), interview planning and oversight, selling/closing offerees
- Plan events at targeted schools, including venue selection, contract coordination with Bain Legal & Finance, food/beverage selection, and other logistics
- Track pipeline of recruits and coordinate logistics with the respective school team
- Manage event/interview invites, student sign-up, scheduling and RSVPs
- Attend recruiting events (in-and-outside the office)

**Communication Management**
- Provide clear, timely responses to consulting staff involved in recruiting (e.g., interviewer schedules, managing commitments, recruiting events, etc.)
- Support off-season communication

**Other Logistics Support**
- Utilize Avature regularly for data entry, event management and reporting in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with recruit expense reimbursements
- Actively participate in team meetings and schedule follow-up meetings as necessary
- Update and distribute offer letters and offeree gifts
- Monitor and proactively maintain recruiting supplies, including marketing materials and office supplies
- Perform other duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred and 2+ year of administrative and/or Recruiting support experience, preferably in a professional services firm
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong customer service focus who has outstanding interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment and handle highly confidential information in a professional manner while working in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to work independently and as an integral member of various teams
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS and database skills
- Working proficiency in French is a bonus
- Flexibility with hours; ability to work overtime and evenings as needed
