OTE: $110,000 in year oneMAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: •Acquire new accounts using a strategic approach to increasing sales revenue and drive growth with prospects within a specific target of customers looking for 3PL Logistics, Warehousing and Fulfillment services. • Assesses marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommends improvements as needed. • Approves all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs) • Negotiates fees, closes sales orders and obtains signed contracts with pricing approval. • Research emerging trends and recommend new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs. • Presents business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management. • Responsible for servicing accounts, information management, monthly reporting, training, and meeting set targets. • Responsible for revenue attainment, customer satisfaction and revenue retention. • Consults with new customers after sales or signed contracts to resolve problems and/or ongoing support and customer service. • Completes the new customer onboarding program and checklist detailing both customer and operational requirements for all new key accounts or significant expansion within existing accounts. • Manages the sales pipeline to ensure timely and accurate forecasting. • Maintains accurate records of all sales activities. Requirements:• Min 3 years of logistics sales/operations experience• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; master's degree is advantageous.• Solid track record of over-achieving your sales targets.• Proficient account management, acquisition, upselling and development skills
