Job Description

Aramark Remote Workplace Services is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator. The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team responsible for creating and posting job requisitions, interview scheduling, travel arrangements, reporting, compliance, and assisting the team with recruitment needs. This person is responsible for performing key administrative activities to help enable the recruitment team to be successful. You will be a critical part of the interview process, providing a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

This position will be located in Edmonton, AB fulltime salaried position working Monday to Friday. This could be a flexible workplace schedule.  

All candidates must successfully pass a criminal background check. 

Job Responsibilities


•    Schedule and coordinate sophisticated recruiting schedules with hiring managers and candidates, including arranging travel as needed

•    Supervise daily progress for interview schedules and proactively provides updates to team

•    Provide reporting and analysis as requested for Team Leads and specified regions

•    Handle the offer approval process for specified requisitions, ensuring the offer process is seamlessly followed

•    Draft, edit, and post positions via the Applicant Tracking System and CRM

•    Perform quality assurance with closed requisitions, ensuring all candidates are appropriately dispositioned

•    See opportunities to improve the hiring manager and candidate experience as well as process recommendations

•    Provide other support to recruiters as needed including but not limited to identifying new sources for talent, assisting with job descriptions and job templates, and more
This position is an individual contributor reporting to and taking direction from the Team Lead.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required 
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a business or office environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to remain very organized
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically experience working with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working with and learning technology systems
  • Strong time management skills and outstanding customer service
  • Ability to take direction and lead multiple requests, prioritizing as appropriate
  • Must be a self-starter who can handle high levels of confidentiality
  • MS Office experience, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
