As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will coordinate and deliver onboarding programs for new hires, managing administrative setup, IT access, and required equipment. You’ll collaborate with managers and trainers to schedule department-specific training, support new hire engagement, track onboarding progress, and report on completion and competency milestones. So now we challenge you to take it one step further and applyWhat you will be doing Onboarding Program CoordinationPlan and deliver structured onboarding programs for new hires across multiple departments.Coordinate group onboarding sessions covering company overview, safety, culture, and technical orientation.Align onboarding schedules with managers, HR, IT, and training teams.Administrative SetupEnsure all new hire documentation, forms, and policies are completed and filed accurately.Coordinate IT account setup, system access, ID badges, and facility orientation.Arrange for required PPE, uniforms, tools, and workstation supplies.Cross-Department CollaborationPartner with managers and trainers to schedule department-specific introductions and training.Coordinate subject matter experts for technical and compliance sessions.Maintain a master onboarding calendar and communicate updates.Employee Experience & EngagementServe as a first point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period.Facilitate welcome activities to introduce company values, culture, and team connections.Conduct check-ins with new hires to support a positive transition into the workplace.Tracking & ReportingTrack completion of onboarding activities, required training, and early competency milestones.Provide managers and HR with progress reports on new hire onboarding status.Identify onboarding gaps and propose improvements.Continuous ImprovementGather feedback from new hires and managers to enhance the onboarding experience.Maintain and update onboarding materials, templates, and orientation resources.Support integration of onboarding processes with the LMS and other HR systems.What you will bring along University Degree or College Diploma in Administrative Assistant or Business Administration or equivalate experienceMinimum of one (1) year experience in an administrative roleStrong administrative skills and computer literacyStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEncourages collaboration within own and inter-departmental teamsAbility to work well under pressureGeneral knowledge of mining equipment product lines an assetIn return for your passion and drive we will offer you… The opportunity to make an impact on our Divisions’ performance.The opportunity to be part of an ambitious team, in an industry leading business.The opportunity to reach your full potential.An excellent comprehensive compensation package including a pension plan with matching, competitive health, dental, life and disability benefits as well as ongoing development and training.
