DMC is currently looking for a Human Resources Coordinator for our Sudbury office. They will be responsible for coordinating the human resource’s function, including supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and end-to-end accurate processing of employee transactions.

**Responsiblities**:

- Enter, update, and maintain accurate employee records throughout the employee lifecycle while obtaining appropriate approvals and attaching applicable employee paperwork/documentation.
- Audit HR systems regularly to ensure data integrity.
- Lead and facilitate the employee onboarding process, including leading the presentation and meeting with new hires.
- Responsible for providing day-to-day HR administrative support.
- Generate and process employee related paperwork accurately (offer letters, terminations, promotions, leaves, etc.), while liaising with other functions (payroll, benefits).
- Provide tactical and administrative support of various HR activities including but not limited to, updating policies and manuals, maintaining organizational charts, participating in special projects, etc.
- Responsible for entering data efficiently and accurately, while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with HR team and all departments within the organization.
- Other related duties as may be assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- A Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Pursuit of the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation is an asset.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Excellent organizational, follow-through and workload planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to hard or soft deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with some supervision.
- Resourceful and capable of anticipating next steps while taking initiative.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated good judgement and discretion while maintaining a high-level of confidentiality.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of D365 would be an asset.
