**About Us**
SNOLAB is an international facility for world-class underground physics research and

has an expanding programme in astroparticle physics and underground science.

Located in an air-conditioned clean room 2 km underground in the Vale Creighton

Mine near Sudbury Ontario, with a suite of surface facilities and laboratories,

SNOLAB is currently preparing for the next generation of experiments focusing on

neutrino studies and the search for galactic dark matter.

**The Position**
We are seeking a User Support Coordinator who will act as a front-line contact point

for SNOLAB. This position will support the administration of day-to-day operations of

the user community at SNOLAB. The User Support Coordinator will provide technical

and administrative support, guidance, and coordination to both users and their

SNOLAB designated supervisor.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful User Support Coordinator at SNOLAB will require:

- Acting as a gateway to the onboarding process for users
- Maintaining the SNOLAB web portal and HRIS (or learning management system)

for the User community
- Assisting with arranging training for users
- Coordinating the provision of workspace, gear, site access and computing

accounts for users who are onsite
- Preparing required documentation when needed for users

- Collecting information and maintain the user database
- Tracking new publications and posters and, update the SNOLAB public website
- Preparing and administer user satisfaction surveys
- Supporting user events and attends conferences
- Lobby reception when needed
- Underground travel may be required
- Other duties as required

**Education & Experience**

Post Secondary Education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

**Salary Range**

$58,538- $68,867

Salary will be determined by qualifications and experience which includes an attractive
benefits package.
