**Office Coordinator - Project Manitou**
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable, detail oriented, and organized Construction Office Coordinator to support daily administrative and logístical operations on Project Manitou’s Construction Site. This role is vital to keeping the job site running smoothly by handling office tasks, managing documentation, assisting with procurement, and performing occasional site runs. This position supports the construction management team in coordinating project activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project documentation. This position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to grow their careers in the construction industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
- Maintain all project files (digital and hard copies) in an organized, up-to-date manner
- Print, scan, copy, and distribute documentations, safety talks, employee training matrix, and other project documents
- Track and manage incoming and outgoing documents
- Help prepare weekly reports, meeting minutes, and logs as directed by the PM
- Assist in onboarding documentation for subcontractors and new hires
**Procurement & Ordering**:
- Put together order lists based on team needs and project requirements
- Source quotes from multiple vendors for materials, tools, and supplies
- Get quotes for approved materials/supplies and follow up on deliveries
**Logistical & On-Site Support**:
- Make local runs to pick up/drop off materials, equipment, and documents as needed
- Maintain inventory of office and field supplies
- Ensure the job site office stays clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of construction documents and terminology preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry light materials or packages when needed
- Excellent communication and time management skills
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in a construction or field-office setting
- Understanding of job site safety and compliance basics
**Work Environment**:
- Office trailer located on Project Site
- Occasional driving or lifting as part of job duties
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
