Are you detail-oriented and looking to join a dynamic team?We’re hiring an Administrative Support Assistant to help manage and digitize documents efficiently.Start date: December 15thContract: 6 monthsHours: Full-time in officeWhy you’ll love it: Gain hands-on experience in document management, work with a supportive team, and enhance your administrative skills.If you’re eager to take on a role that offers both personal satisfaction and professional growth, this is the perfect opportunityAdvantages- Join a collaborative and dynamic team- Full time hours.- Opportunity to gain experience in document management and company tools.Responsibilities-Scan documents received by the disability department.-Set up direct deposits for disability files.-Process invoice payments.-Deposit and handle incoming checks.-In collaboration with the rest of the team, share the following tasks:-Manage the department’s email inboxes.-Receive and process mail from Canada Post.-Coordinate the sending of documents via courier or special delivery services.-Distribute check copies.-Prepare checks for issuing.-Close disability files.Qualifications-Relevant post-secondary education or have approximately one year of experience in a similar role.-Have a strong customer service orientation.-Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both French and English-Possess a very good command of French, both spoken and written.-Be able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues.SummaryIf you're eager to start a career that promises both personal satisfaction and professional growth, this role is ideal for you Please share your resume with melissa.banduenga@randstad.ca.Only those selected for interviews will be contacted.
