Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant at Harfang IP. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, providing executive support, handling clerical duties, maintaining professional communication, and ensuring smooth operations in support of the leadership team. Responsibilities include organizing schedules, managing correspondence, and performing a variety of administrative functions to contribute to operational efficiency. Qualifications Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to effectively support leadership and manage daily tasks Phone Etiquette and professional Communication skills for customer and internal interactions Strong Clerical Skills, including organization, documentation, and record-keeping Proficiency in using office software, scheduling tools, and communication platforms Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines Previous experience in a similar administrative role is an asset High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
