Description

- Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Operations & Service Excellence:

  • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Monitor and uphold high standards of service and presentation.
  • Address and resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
  • Analyze sales and performance metrics to drive business growth.

Marketing & Guest Relations:

  • Create and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new guests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring an unforgettable experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative practices.

Inventory & Compliance:

  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for all operational aspects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior restaurant leader or in a similar leadership role in a high-end dining or cocktail environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
  • Deep understanding of cocktail culture, beverage trends, and upscale service standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
