( Profile: Our client is a manufacturer of passenger vehicles and is looking for a territory manager to manage a group of dealers in the US. This position requires up to 70% overnight travel. Your role will be to support them via training, selling, responding to RFPs and new product introduction. You are excellent at sales planning and organization, training and communication, including technical background with a hunter profileTerritory: Defined territory in the USWorkplace: Home office and on the road in territory.Products/Services: Passenger vehiclesSalary: Base $85,000Commissions/Bonus: $40,000Car allowance: Reimbursed kmExpense’s reimbursement: All travel expenses reimbursedOther Benefits:Full benefits paid 50%/50%All entertainment reimbursed3 weeks vacation Functions:Focus on strategic plan and organize sales activities in accordance to budget and opportunitiesTraining of Dealer Regional Sales TeamSupport dealers at trade shows, clients and with their day-to-daySales organization; sales activities at contractor level with dealers, trade shows, product presentations, sales meetings, plant tour, promotional orientationPresent our products to both end-users and dealersFollow up on proposalsProduce activity reports and give feedback to VP Requirements:Development vs Maintenance: 50% vs 50%Road vs Office: 70% vs 30%Languages: Excellent spoken and written EnglishEducation: Completed Bachelor's Degree (non-negotiable)Training: On the job training providedOvernight Travel: Up to 70% overnight travel to the USYears of experience: At least 3 years of successful b2b sales experience neededOther requirements: Must be able to travel to the USTransferable contacts: N/ATransferable Knowledge:Knowledge of the dealer network would be an assetKnowledge of Office suite
