Gestionnaire de territoire – Montréal (Québec)

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un gestionnaire de territoire pour un emploi à temps plein, résidant dans la région de Montréal, couvrant une partie de la province de Québec. Ce poste est disponible immédiatement.
Le gestionnaire de territoire relèvera de notre directeur régional des ventes et aura les responsabilités suivantes :
- Gérer stratégiquement un grand territoire qui nécessitera un voyage régulier, y compris 2-3 jours dans un hôtel chaque mois
- Établir des buts territoriaux et élaborer des plans d'action pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance
- Protéger les comptes existants et chercher des occasions de faire croître le territoire à l'aide de techniques de vente et de marketing novatrices
- Négocier efficacement les prix tout en équilibrant une variété d'intérêts contradictoires
- Présentez de nouveaux produits et détaillez les produits existants en toute confiance
- Développer et maintenir de solides relations professionnelles avec les clients
- Faire un suivi rapide des requêtes clients, tout en maintenant la satisfaction client
- Contribuer positivement à l'équipe de vente par le biais de conférences téléphoniques et d'une communication régulière
- Remplir les rapports de vente en temps opportun et répondre rapidement aux demandes du siège social
- Maintenir l'inventaire des items démonstrateurs en bon état et suivre son mouvement avec précision
- Se renseigner sur le matériel relatif à la position, aux produits et à l'industrie
- Gérer les dépenses de manière appropriée en s'efforçant de réduire les coûts inutiles
- Représentez Keir Surgical de manière éthique et professionnelle en tout temps
Les candidats qualifiés posséderont les compétences et l'expérience suivantes :
- Plus de 3 ans d'expérience connexe dans la vente médicale / chirurgicale avec de solides relations avec les clients
- Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite
- Attitude entrepreneuriale et accent mis sur le service à la clientèle
- Expérience en leadership ; la volonté d'encadrer et de former les autres
- Capacité de gérer plusieurs projets et de respecter les délais
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office

Keir Surgical Ltd. is a Vancouver-based company that has been in business since 1923. We are seeking a Territory Manager for full-time employment, residing in the Montreal area, covering a portion of the province of Quebec. This position is available immediately.
The Territory Manager will report to our District Sales Manager in Montreal and will have the following responsibilities:
- Strategically manage a large territory which will require regular travel including 2-3 days in a hotel each month
- Set territory goals and develop action plans to meet growth objectives
- Protect existing business and seek opportunities to grow the territory using innovative sales and marketing techniques
- Negotiate pricing effectively while balancing a variety of conflicting interests
- Introduce new products and detail existing products with confidence
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers
- Follow up on customer inquiries quickly and to the customer’s satisfaction
- Contribute positively to the sales team through conference calls and regular communication
- Complete sales reports in a timely manner and respond quickly to head office requests
- Maintain sample inventory in good condition and track its movement accurately
- Educate oneself on material pertaining to the position, products, and industry
- Manage expenses appropriately making an effort to reduce extraneous costs
- Conduct oneself and represent Keir Surgical ethically and professionally at all times
Suitable candidates will possess the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years of related experience in medical/surgical sales with solid customer relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude and a focus on customer service
- Leadership experience; willingness to mentor and train others
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
