Pour le compte de notre client, nous recherchons un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) en ressources humaines motivé(e) et minutieux(se) pour rejoindre leur équipe administrative. Gérer le recrutement pour les postes pédagogiques et administratifs, y compris les affichages de postes, le tri des candidatures et les entrevues. Coordonner l’intégration, la formation et les programmes d’orientation des employés. Maintenir avec exactitude et confidentialité les dossiers des employés et les systèmes d’information RH. Soutenir l’administration de la paie et des avantages sociaux. Servir de ressource pour le personnel sur les politiques RH, les relations de travail et les pratiques en milieu de travail. Aider au développement et à la communication de politiques et programmes RH progressistes alignés sur les valeurs de l’école. Fournir des rapports RH, des indicateurs et des recommandations à la direction selon les besoins. Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe. Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en RH, idéalement dans un environnement éducatif, à but non lucratif ou orienté service. Bonne connaissance des lois du travail du Québec et des meilleures pratiques en RH. Bilingue, excellente maîtrise de l’anglais et du français. Maîtrise de Microsoft Office; expérience avec un système d’information RH (SIRH) un atout. On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join their administrative team. Manage recruitment efforts for faculty and administrative roles, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews. Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and orientation programs. Maintain employee records and HR information systems with accuracy and confidentiality. Support payroll and benefits administration. Act as a resource for staff on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace practices. Assist with the development and communication of progressive HR policies and programs that align with the school’s values. Provide HR reporting, metrics, and recommendations to management as required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of HR experience, ideally within an educational, non-profit, or service-oriented organization. Solid understanding of Quebec labor laws and HR best practices. Bilingual: excellent command of French and English is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is an asset.
