**Human Resources Coordinator**
Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the
** **Human Resources Coordinator (Quebec) will provide administrative support, to ensure accurate and efficient workflow and contribution to the Human Resources department within a matrixed organization. Specifically, but not limited to; providing Human Resources and payroll support, project management, benefits, pension and profit sharing administration, recruitment, and completion of general reporting, auditing and administrative requests.
**Key Responsibilities/What You Do**:
- Assists with the processing of Human Resources, payroll, benefits, pension and profit sharing information, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and compliance
- Assists with payroll audits according to generated reports, billing statements, government remittances, human resources and payroll systems
- Coordinates and administers new hire information, employee changes and terminations pertaining to Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits and IT requirements
- Generates, reviews and revises scheduled Human Resources, benefits, pension, profit sharing and other adhoc reports as requested
- Verifies departmental billing and assists in the process for payment
- Maintains the soft-copy and hard-copy filing system
- Other duties and special projects as required
**Key Requirements/What You Bring**:
- 3-5 years in Human Resources or an Administrative Support role
- Knowledge of benefits, compensation, payroll and employment law - preferred
- Experience with Human Resources and Payroll systems - required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, communicational and problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive material
- Thorough and strong attention to detail
- Post-Secondary Degree specializing in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Human Resources or Payroll designations - preferred
- Proficient in both English/French, verbal and written - required

Sous la direction du directeur des ressources humaines, le coordonnateur des ressources humaines (Québec) fournira un soutien administratif, afin d'assurer un flux de travail précis et efficace et de contribuer au service des ressources humaines au sein d'une organisation matricielle. Plus précisément, mais sans s'y limiter, il s'agit de fournir un soutien en matière de ressources humaines et de paie, de gérer des projets, d'administrer des avantages sociaux, des régimes de retraite et des régimes de participation aux bénéfices, de recruter des employés et de répondre à des demandes générales de rapports, de vérification et d'administration.
**Responsabilités clés / Ce que vous faites**:
- Participer au traitement des informations relatives aux ressources humaines, à la paie, aux avantages sociaux, aux pensions et à la participation aux bénéfices, en veillant à l'efficacité, à l'exactitude et à la conformité.
- Participer aux vérifications de la paie en fonction des rapports générés, des relevés de facturation, des remises gouvernementales, des ressources humaines et des systèmes de paie.
- Coordonner et gérer les informations relatives aux nouvelles recrues, aux changements et aux cessations d'emploi en ce qui concerne les ressources humaines, la paie, les avantages sociaux et les exigences informatiques.
- Générer, examiner et réviser les rapports prévus en matière de ressources humaines, d'avantages sociaux, de retraite, de participation aux bénéfices et autres rapports ad hoc, selon les besoins.
- Vérifier la facturation du département et aider au processus de paiement.
- Tenir à jour le système de classement des documents électroniques et des documents papier.
- Autres tâches et projets spéciaux, selon les besoins.
**Exigences clés/ce que vous apportez**:
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en ressources humaines ou dans un rôle de soutien administratif.
- Connaissance des avantages sociaux, de la rémunération, de la paie et du droit du travail - de preference
- Expérience des systèmes de ressources humaines et de paie - requise
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook.
