Implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience. Organize and facilitate on-campus recruitment events to attract potential candidates. Coordinate, develop and maintain relationships with University and College department heads, alumni, and staff and provide interface with all candidates. Execute our student and manager program delivering outstanding experience at all touchpoints, manager communications, onboarding, performance evaluation, offboarding process, etc. Responsible for continuous process improvements based on best-in-class practices; how we recruit to how we onboard students. Develop and provide input into the design of processes, tools, and programs. Your Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking to groups. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems. Your Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role. Post-secondary education in a related field (business, administration, human resources, or marketing preferred).
