Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking to groups. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems. Your Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role. Post-secondary education in a related field (business, administration, human resources, or marketing preferred).
