Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team at Partner Staffing. As a strategic partner, you will play a key role in supporting the company's vision, mission, and strategies. About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment-related legislation, fostering positive employee relations, and developing and executing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives.
  • This includes talent acquisition and retention, new employee orientation, disciplinary action, employee development, performance management, job role and classification, employee engagement, compensation and benefits administration, and enforcement of the HSE program.
  • You will also provide leadership and support to the management team, collaborate with other departments, and contribute to creating a positive workplace culture.

About You:

  • You must have a minimum of five years' experience in HR, preferably in a senior role.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • You should possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management skills, and be physically fit.
  • Possess sound knowledge of field techniques and regulatory standards necessary for conducting various field activities.
  • Hold RPBio, PBiol, and/or P.Ag. designation or eligibility.

Compensation Package:

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
