Senior Associate, Regulatory Reporting and Analytics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with various finance teams to facilitate regulatory reporting for the Banking Operations team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build or improve current workflows.
- Build, maintain, and optimize operational dashboards as needed.
- Drive projects and problem-solve for the Brokerage and Banking Operations teams.
- Advise on key business decisions as it relates to our banking and treasury teams' needs.
- Relevant experience in payments operations, banking, and payments, or other operations roles in related fields.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and a history of using data to answer complex problems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to work in collaboration with various team members.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate uncertainty.
- Proactive and action-oriented with a builder mindset.
