CB Canada is seeking an AVP, Regulatory Reporting to join their team. The AVP, Regulatory Reporting will report to the Director, Senior Legal Entity Controller and be responsible for:
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports for IIROC and OSFI
- Completing daily and weekly capital reporting
- Performing variance analysis and preparing reports for Senior Management
- Developing expertise in broker dealer and foreign bank branch regulatory rules
- Assisting in external, regulatory, corporate, and compliance audits
- Preparing month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- CPA designation
- Experience preparing reports for IIROC and OSFI
- Strong knowledge of financial institutions, financial services, and capital markets
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
