CB Canada is seeking an AVP, Regulatory Reporting to join their team. The AVP, Regulatory Reporting will report to the Director, Senior Legal Entity Controller and be responsible for:

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports for IIROC and OSFI
  • Completing daily and weekly capital reporting
  • Performing variance analysis and preparing reports for Senior Management
  • Developing expertise in broker dealer and foreign bank branch regulatory rules
  • Assisting in external, regulatory, corporate, and compliance audits
  • Preparing month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Key Responsibilities:
  • CPA designation
  • Experience preparing reports for IIROC and OSFI
  • Strong knowledge of financial institutions, financial services, and capital markets
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
