Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting regulatory reports to relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports to IIROC and OSFI
  • Complete daily and weekly capital reporting and variance analysis
  • Develop expertise in broker dealer and foreign bank branch regulatory rules
  • Assist in external, regulatory, corporate, and compliance audits
  • Prepare month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Requirements
  • CPA designation
  • Experience preparing reports for IIROC and OSFI
  • Strong knowledge of financial institutions, financial services, and capital markets
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
