Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Freshii Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources
- Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring optimal staffing levels
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment
- Develop and manage marketing plans to increase sales and customer engagement
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation
- Manage cash handling, credit card transactions, and other financial responsibilities
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to staff
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Proven track record of improving sales and customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset
