Restaurant Operations Manager

The Carisma Restaurant is looking for a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a high level of responsibility and strong leadership skills. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of food and beverage servers, as well as staff in various areas of responsibility. You will also be tasked with traininig new staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of restaurant staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets and cost estimates, preparing financial reports as needed.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory role.
- An education level of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- A fast-paced environment with ability to work under pressure.
- A standing work environment for extended periods.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
