Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Project Manager - Switchgear to join our Enterprise Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing business strategies, and driving growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Order Lifecycle Management: Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts, reconcile with customer schedules, and distribute macro forecasting for production and field service planning.
  • RFQ Portal Management: Coordinate with technical teams to provide site pricing, manage RFQs, and oversee order management for post-award requests.
  • PO Management: Track and reconcile purchase orders, manage discrepancies, and ensure customer order releases.
  • Accounts Receivable: Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments within agreed-upon terms.
  • Customer FSH and IEM VMI Programs: Manage customer Finished Goods Inventory and IEM VMI programs, including deployment planning.
  • Extra Activities and Management Interventions: Identify gaps in programs and initiate corrective actions to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar project management role, preferably in high-volume industrial product manufacturing and customer account support.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Outlook. Strong competency in project management methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple work streams and balance competing priorities.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexible, hands-on approach, with a commitment to teamwork and a willingness to support colleagues as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with High-Volume Industrial Product Manufacturing: Knowledge of high-volume industrial product manufacturing and customer account support.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
