About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at 0767236 BC LTD. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate contracts.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and marketing departments.
  • Reporting: Provide regular business updates and reports to senior management, including sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
