About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Sales Division at Young Boy Drywall Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and other departments, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Skills: Strong business development and sales skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
