Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Services Advisor to join our team at our West Richmond Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial advice and services to our members, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized financial advice and guidance to members, identifying their financial needs and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their financial situations and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Process daily banking transactions, including account openings, loan applications, and deposit/investment products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and products to members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product offerings to provide expert advice and guidance to members.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a credit union or banking environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including lending, deposit, and investment products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
