Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Advisor to join our team at our West Richmond Branch. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality financial advice and services to members, including personal banking solutions and loan applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial services role, preferably in a credit union or banking environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including personal banking, loans, and investments.
