Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Services Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personalized financial advice and services to our members, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality financial advice and services to meet the needs of new and existing members
  • Engage members at their first point of contact to identify their financial needs and promote personal banking solutions
  • Maintain and grow the member portfolio by identifying members' needs and referring them to our business partners as appropriate
  • Develop and build strong relationships with members, understanding their financial goals and objectives
  • Provide education and guidance on financial products and services, helping members make informed decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial services role
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
