Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Services Advisor to join our team at our West Richmond Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial advice and services to our members, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized financial advice and guidance to members, identifying their financial needs and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Process general banking transactions, including account openings, loan applications, and deposit transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial services role, preferably in a credit union or banking environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including lending, deposit, and investment products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
