Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized financial advice and guidance to members, identifying their financial needs and recommending suitable products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Process daily banking transactions, including account openings, loan applications, and deposit/investment products.
- Conduct credit checks and make recommendations on loan applications, ensuring compliance with established lending principles.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase member engagement and retention, promoting Beem Credit Union's products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and products.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a credit union or banking environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including lending, deposit, and investment products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and recommendations.
