Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality financial advice and services to meet the needs of new and existing members
- Engage members at their first point of contact to identify their financial needs and promote personal banking solutions
- Maintain and grow the member portfolio by identifying members' needs and referring them to our business partners as appropriate
- Develop and build strong relationships with members, understanding their financial goals and objectives
- Provide education and guidance on financial products and services, helping members make informed decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial services role
