Supporting Success in Civil Infrastructure

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrative Assistant to join our Civil & Infrastructure team at Pomerleau Construction. As a key member of our project team, you will play a vital role in supporting the maintenance of project documentation, meeting schedules, and coordinating project resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively communicate and maintain open lines of communication with team members, trade partners, consultants, and clients, providing exceptional client service.
  • Utilize innovative internal technology systems to maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with key documentation and drafting of contract award letters, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Consistently update and distribute key information, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Maintain shop drawings, RFI's, material purchase orders, change notice quotes, and project completion documents, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  • Proactively adapt to project changes, updating project presentations accordingly.
  • Take charge of project invoicing and ensure successful transmission to our Accounts Payable team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' administrative experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A College Diploma in Office Administration, or a combination of education and industry experience.
  • A knack for working with MS Office suite.

Additional Assets

  • Previous knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Experience working with Procore.

The expected salary range for this opportunity is $55,000 - $70,000 plus applicable project uplift. Please note that salaries may vary depending on the candidate's experience and geographical location. Listed compensation is exclusive of bonus and in addition to our extensive employee benefits program, which is listed below. Availability of certain benefits may vary based on the specific job role.
